SHIPPING POLICY

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York. 

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 p.m. EST will ship on the same business day. Please note we are closed on US holidays.

*Please note, due to a higher volume of orders during sale events, processing times may be longer than usual, we appreciate your patience

Transit Time: Estimated transit times begin when your order is shipped, and do not include weekends or holidays.

Customs & Duties: When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures that cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred depending upon the destination country’s import laws.

Victory Lap is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.

 

USA SHIPPING

Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping.

Standard – $12 flat rate for orders below $100, dispatched via UPS Ground.

Express – $25 flat rate, dispatched via  UPS 2nd Day Air.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders with a subtotal of $400 USD or more receive free shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Express.

Orders with a subtotal below $400 ship for a flat rate of $35 USD, dispatched via UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Express.


DUTY, VAT AND OTHER FEES

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, PayPal, supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Victory Lap Clothing LLC holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

 

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Victory Lap Clothing LLC. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Victory Lap Clothing LLC delivers these items to the carrier.

If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team and we will attempt to locate your package.

Victory Lap is not liable for shipments lost in transit.

As a preventative measure to combat fraud, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.

 

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
